Our Bare Body Butter WILL melt or soften when exposed to high temperatures during shipping, particularly throughout the Australian summer.

This is a natural, whipped body butter that is extremely sensitive to heat.

What happens if it melts?

  • The butter loses its light, fluffy, whipped texture.

  • Once melted, the product settles and can make your jar appear half empty, even though the original weight of the product hasn't changed (provided there has been no leakage).

  • The butter may re-solidify with a different, denser or uneven texture.

  • The product is not damaged by normal melting and will still moisturise your skin just as beautifully!

Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperatures parcels are exposed to once they leave us. All jars are filled by weight before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that your butter will arrive in its original whipped condition during warmer weather.

By purchasing during warmer months, please understand that melting, settling and changes in appearance are a normal risk of shipping this product.

If your butter arrives soft or melted, simply pop it in the fridge to help it firm up. Please note that refrigeration will not restore its original whipped volume.

  • For best results: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

Please note: We recommend purchasing during cooler weather if maintaining the original light, whipped texture is important to you.
