Returns & Refunds Policy
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics, body care, and personal use items), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once your order has been placed.
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your order, however if you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To lodge a claim, please:
- Email us with your order number
- Provide a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and is in the possession of Australia Post or the selected courier, Glam Body is no longer responsible for the parcel.
We are not liable for parcels that are:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Delayed
- Delivered to an incorrect address
- Marked as delivered but not received
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must lodge an investigation directly with Australia Post.
Authority to Leave (Safe Drop)
If you choose to allow your parcel to be left unattended (Authority to Leave), you accept full responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been completed.
Glam Body is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels in this circumstance - if you require your signature on delivery please leave a note at checkout
Allergic Reactions / Sensitivities
Everyone’s skin is different. All ingredients are listed on our website and product labels.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test prior to use.
Sale & Promotional Items
All sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Report an Issue with Your Order
If there is an issue with your order (such as a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To report an issue:

- Include a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos of the item and packaging
Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution where appropriate, which may include a replacement or store credit.
