🚚 Shipping Rates

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post:

• Standard Shipping: $14.95
• Express Shipping: $22.95

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

⏱ Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Please note this may extend during peak periods, sales, or promotional events.

📍 Shipping & Liability

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Australia Post, Glam Body no longer accepts responsibility for the parcel.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lost or missing parcels
• Stolen parcels
• Delivery delays
• Incorrect delivery due to address provided at checkout

By placing an order, you agree that responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier once the parcel has been lodged.

📬 Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure a safe delivery location is available.

 

⚠️ Delivery Issues

If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, or is delayed, you must contact Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry.

Glam Body may assist where possible but is not liable for outcomes determined by Australia Post.

❗ Incorrect Addresses

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded or replaced.
