We offer 2 flat rate shipping options Standard Postage $9.95 and Express Postage $21.95

Orders over $150 receive FREE shipping.

$10 local delivery is available for delivery within 15ks of the Penrith area. This guarantees delivery within 5 days, sometimes same day. We have a private courier who delivers every day

We will contact you via email or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our store 8/444 High Street, Penrith. We are located in the Cottage Lane Arcade right across from the new Astina Apartments roof top bar in the same arcade as the Slimming Studio & Prima Ballerina.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us. Be sure to check your junk mail as our emails sometimes do end up there 

Please choose wisely as we do not offer refunds due to change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
